RBS and HIV Zn finger and PhaA pathway

This composite part contains the ribosome binding site BBa_B0035 a binding domain and the coding region that encodes for the PhaA pathway. The binding domain that was used is the zif268 HIV zn finger. This domain binds to the sequence GAT GCT GCA. The last coding region that is in this composite part is the PhaA pathway that encodes 1/3 of the enzymes necessary to produce bioplastic. This part is silver fusion compatible.
